We program a broad range of activities, subject matter and music for the interest and wellbeing of all our listeners that tune-in to our programs and who utilise the facilities offered by 2XXfm. A number of these programs are fostered and delivered in partnership with community organisations and professionals ie: The Youth Coalition, ACTCOSS, Volunteering ACT, MIEACT the Belconnen Community Services.
We have a small staff who dedicate, their time to training apprentices and act as mentors to members and volunteers from all areas of the community, which improve self-confidence and social skills.
We have a number of programs that are also broadcast nationally on community radio satellite. All of this adds to the incredible networking that we can now do, to get events, details and information to our listeners. These are all areas that people can now travel from that are nearby, easily and quite quickly to Canberra.
