Holistic living is the path to inner peace regardless of the turmoil and adversity around you.
How do we see opportunity and positivity when some people can only see adversity and negativity? How do we create a life that feels good on the inside, not one that just looks good on the outside? Apart from encouraging our listeners to enhance their physical health, Holistic Living aims to inspire listeners to improve their level of well-being emotionally and mentally.
Holistic Living will include interviews and discussion with a variety of professionals and experts from fields such as health, fitness, music, dance, religion, sport, social justice, social service, diet, western and eastern medical communities. Our goal is for these experts to share their knowledge, experience and to offer practical advice to educate and uplift our listeners so they can live a balanced and healthy life with good food, positive thoughts, appropriate exercise and a holistic approach.
Here is a wonderful list of positive thoughts that does not suggest that there is only one way to handle all of the situations and challenges that life presents, however, in order to feel fulfilled, it suggests that there are some things we could do less, and some things we should try to do more.
A Chinese proverb says; “he who has health has hope; and he who has hope has everything!”
It is our hope that this Holistic Living will inspire everyone to build healthy habits and live a physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually balanced and fulfilled life.
