On Sunday 28 June at 12:30PM, the Reel McCoy Film Group is showing the 2001 Australian thriller/drama “The Bank”, starring David Wenham and Anthony LaPaglia. Jim Doyle is a brilliant mathematician who has designed a computer program to predict stock market direction, and is hired by a large bank. The themes include the loss of compassion in banking, genius, greed, corruption, intrigue, imagination, bankruptcy, suicide, court cases, and revenge.
